Nick Cannon file $9 Million lawsuit against his estranged wife, Mariah Carey, as she Sell their Bel-Air Mansion.

The estranged husband of Mariah Carey, Nick Cannon has file a $9 million lawsuit as his wife put up their Bel-Air mansion for sale. Nick Cannon in his lawsuit claim he's not part of the deal nor is he aware of the sale of their home, which the couple lived with their twin during their marriage before they separated last year. 



According to TMZ Nick Cannon is asking the court to freeze the proceeds from the sale of the home. The mansion was sold for 4 million short of the asking price. Mr Cannon wants a proper account of how the proceeds will be shared between the couple, the lawsuit reveals. Mariah Carey business manager however has themed Nick Cannon a desperate man following his lawsuit against Mariah.
