Know The Amount Of Sugar In Your Drink!


Know the amount of sugar in your drink and the health repercussion that comes with each drink you have. Water is natural, and it may be the best drink you can have after all.

There are two types of sugar, simple and complex sugar. The type of sugar in fruits are complex and they are good for you, they take longer to break in your body.  The simple sugar are the ones in the picture above, coke and co, they are refined and unhealthy. Your body breaks simple sugar very quickly and it can affect your immune system more than 5 hours after you consume it, it also affect white blood cell to function properly.
