Collins Nduka, a middle-aged man, the husband of one Sefinat Nduka is pleading with Ojo customary court to dissolve their 3 years old marriage. He's accusing his wife of unfaithfulness and a runaway bride because she has moved out of their matrimonial home to an unknown location. In addition he wants his wife to refund her dowry and their wedding expenses totalling 1.4M.
He also wants his wife to return his possession she fled with and the goods in her shop that worth 750,00 Naira. The case has been adjourned till 19 May for judgement.
May God help Mr Nduka with his demands, this looks like one chance to me. smh
