South Africa seems to be taking a good step to curb and fight HIV/AID problem in their land. The President, Jacob Zuma, just signed a bill into law that mandate tattoo on the private parts of HIV/AID positives couple with treatments and counselling. This looks like a good idea if you ask me.
This idea is bold as Jimi Agbaje will say. When the law is fully in effect, it will be your choice whether or not you want HIV/AID virus. In the middle of heated moment shine your eyes, make sure the light is on to inspects the private. Good luck!
