The Home Office came under intense pressure last year with their GO HOME or FACE ARREST ad campaign, written boldly on buses that's then driven around some targeted areas. This ad is targeted at illegal immigrants in the UK. The public thinks is inhumane and out of other. After much ado and pressure, the home office was force to discontinue this campaign.
Though they resulted to pulling up at immigrants concentrated areas to stop, search and question people's immigration status. The set criteria for the search isn't known but immigration officers says they approach individual they suspect to be acting suspiciously to their presence.
