Money Money Money, Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Facebook just killed another big fish, a potential money maker. Facebook announced on it website the acquisition of thefind, a California based shopping & discovery search engine founded in 2006. Though terms and conditions of the deal is not stated, but facebook did say the acquisition will help enhance their adverts business.
It looks like the deal is in fact true because thefind is confirming the acquisition by the message on their website presently. Facebook shareholders may have something to smile about.
“We are now starting our next chapter by combining forces with Facebook to do even more for consumers. Facebook’s resources and platform give us the opportunity to scale our expertise in product sourcing to the over 1 billion people that use the platform,” the company wrote."
