The cosmetic trend is getting popular by the day and it has reach younger generation. A 15-year old girl has change her look totally through cosmetic surgery, her new look has caused uproar online, she has become an overnight phenomenon. A Chinese website is reporting that she may have had the surgery done in order to win back a old boyfriend.
