Nigerian Soldiers Committing Heartless Human Right Abuses

The camera lens of an onlooker caught the severe human right abuses being perpetuated by Nigerian soldiers. A civilian as seen in the picture in Nassarawa State was stripped naked, thrown in the gutter and was then beaten very badly for unknown offences. 

Soldiers have nothing to do with civilians, if this person has broken the law all they need to do is pass it on to the local Police. This is one of the reasons why the U.S doesn't want to sell us weapon to fight insurgency. They stated that we have immense cases of un-addressed human right abuses. This is certainly a proof. CHANGE INDEED!!
