She was photographed by a good Samaritan as she was about to slaughter a kid as human sacrifice possibly for power and dominance to aid her way into the office of the local government chairman in the forth coming local government election, as she stand to contest for the job. The said woman is believe to be on the run after her inhumane and devilish act was exposed.
