Honestly have seen 'The Only Way Is Essex' few times and have always wonder if Joey Essex is actually not informed or his dumbness was made up for TV. This British lad doesn't know what happens in the parliament house even the name of the building is suggestive as to what goes on in the building. I couldn't help but laugh helplessly when I first saw him display his low IQ on TV.
