Man Loses Every Penny Of His Wealth To His Ex-Wife In A Severe Divorce Case Entangled With Child Support Default.

Dr Essam and Dr Enas (inserted)
Dr Essam Aly becomes the first man in Britain to lose all of his wealth in a divorce case. His ex-wife Dr. Enas was awarded the total networth of her ex-husband, Dr Essam Aly.

Dr Essam Aly is a medical consultant and Dr Enas is a General Practitioner (GP). The pair got married in 2002 but divorced in 2011, they have two kids, a boy and  girl. Dr. Aly moved to Bahrain the following year where he remarried to another woman and started a new family. Since his divorce with Dr. Enas he has defaulted on child support, he left the kids alone for his ex-wife, Dr. Enas to financially support them.

In Dr. Enas's bid to get Dr Aly to pay child support he applied and was granted a freeze on Dr Aly's account, a move that later uncovered more accounts of Dr. Aly. He has a total of £310, 000 in cash in the accounts.

A family court in Birmingham, England first made the judgement last year and court of appeal have upheld the judgement too that all of Dr. Alys wealth should go to his ex-wife Dr. Enas, which includes the proceeds of £250,000 from the sale of their former family home in Burton and £310,000 in his bank accounts. The appeal court judge, Lord Justice McFarlane, justify his judgement saying the chances of Dr. Aly paying child support in the future are slim because he effectively abdicated responsibility for his ex-wife and the children so is best all of the child support should be paid at a go with all of Dr. Aly's wealth. The scale or basis of the calculation isn't known.

Dr. Aly's Barrister, Louise McCabe, said he plans to bring his Bahrain family to the UK and the court hasn't consider his needs in the judgement, they were totally silent on that. He added that Dr. Aly is willing to pay £40 a week to support each child.

What do you think of this judgement?????
