Ali Baba Calls Gov. Aregbesola's Media Aide, Sola Fasure Half Intelligent For Asking For An Undue Apology

Comedian Ali Baba made certain comments that was some how twisted by the blogs to mean he he accused Gov. Aregbesola abuse of office. Sola Fasure, Deputy Director of Osun State Bureau Of Communications And Strategy contacted the comedian to express his displease followed by an apology request to the Goveronr. The whole thing then went South, Ali Baba shared a screenshot of the conversation (above) with the message below.

What I like about Nigerians is that even when you point out where they went wrong, instead of apologizing, they will blame you for making them make the mistake of judgement. It's like asking someone, "why did you steal my phone?" and he goes, "why yousef dey use expensive phone?" I have always said the reason we let people get away with all kinds of defamatory statements is because we have people who say, ignore them... They are not worth your time. But guess what? I think there are some fools out there that can't read even if they are educated.

They saw my post. They saw the wrong inference by the blogs. But preferred to believe the wrong inference. My take is, until people begin to be locked up, jailed and made to pay for damages to people's reputation, this freedom of speech and freedom of the press will just be a misinformation buffet. So asking for an apology now is a threat. You see what reducing JAMB cut off Mark has caused? And the most annoying part is when you meet these half intelligent people, they speak spree spree. How can you claim Harvard and not have had a proper basic reading and comprehension foundation! What do I know?
