Federal High Court Fixes Sept 30th To Hear Bukola Saraki's Case

The Federal High Court has fixes Sept 30, 2015 as the day they will be hearing Senate President Bukola Saraki's false asset declaration case. The Senate President also ask the court to stop code of conduct from trying him in their domain.

The court decided that the case is ripe for hearing after both parties presented their case. The case is adjourned for hearing in Sept 30th by Justice Ahmed Ramat Mohammed.
