DRAMA!! Sunday Oliseh Strip Vincent Enyeama Of Captaincy Amidst His Mum's Funeral

New Super Eagle coach, Sunday Oliseh confirmed to Brilla FM anchor in a phone chat that Super Eagles captain Vincent Enyeama has been stripped of captaincy and has been replaced by Ahmed Musa. The new coach also mentioned that Vincent Enyeama has been too busy for the team that he needs someone with consistent presence in the team and in this case Ahmed Musa is deemed appropriate.

“He (Musa) is the captain of the team, not somebody who is thinking of retirement.
“A captain has to lead by example. We are not here to build stars.
“If you don’t conform to what I am trying to do, we will be friends, but we will be friends from afar.
“There has been a new government and the President has picked new ministers. And that is what I have also done.”

Vincent Enyeama on the other hand took to social media to address the announcement with the following message, he believes Sunday Oliseh has insulted his late mother in a way.
Enyeama also had his mother's funeral a day or two ago, the evnt was attended by dignitaries including a deputy state Governor.
