Solar energy developer Sunseap Group said it will provide the store with renewable energy by harnessing its systems set up across 800 of the city's rooftops from January next year.
Apple didn't say where exactly where the store will be located in Singapore or the official opening date but speculation have it that it will be opened in 2016.
