ISIS released a video showing a suicide bomber entering Time Square in New York, a direct and obvious sign of a potential attack. New York Mayor, Bill de Blasio said the city will not summit to their wishes and Commissioner Bill Bretton described the threat as "nothing new".
We understand it is the goal of terrorists to intimidate and disrupt our democratic society. We will not submit to their wishes.
