World Bank President, Jim Yong Kim Commends D'banj's Humanitarian Efforts

In the a facebook post, the world bank president, Jim Yong Kim, commended D'banj for his effort to end poverty and his fights to kick start Agriculture on a large scale in Africa.

The American Korean also mentioned how thrilled he was to see D'banj perform at the world Earth day show in Washington D.C last month.
D’Banj is one of Nigeria’s most popular musical artists, and someone who has used his star power to bring attention to serious development issues, such as the need for more investment in Africa’s agriculture.
I had the pleasure of meeting D’Banj last month and seeing him perform. I’m thrilled he is the first artist to take part in our new ‪#‎Music4Dev‬ series encouraging global artists to raise awareness about poverty and related issues.
This video features his new song, ExtraOrdinary.
