PHOTO: Archaeologists Excavating Over 3,000 Skeletons Buried In Bedlam Burial Ground.
Archaelogist in London are excavating over 3,000 skeletons from the Bedlam burial ground. The bodies laid to rest over 350 years ago as a result of the outbreak of Bubonic Plague in then 17th century, popularly known as The Great Plague which killed 15% of London population. These bodies have to be excavated in other to pave way for new crossrail at Liverpool Street station.
