Ben Murray Bruce Is Speaking Common Sense About Power Devolution

Ben Bruce is challenging the Federal Government to devolve power to state level. He said there is nothing the Fedral Government does that the state can't do apart from foreign exchange, Central Bank Of Nigeria and security. 

This is me speaking now. He's quite right to an extend, this is how Federalism is practised in the U.S that he are emulating. Greed will not let us do it properly, plus fear that the power of some cabal will be undermined or capped.
