Ooni Of Ife Dies In A London Hospital


The Ooni Of Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria, Oba Sijuwade died today, Tuesday 28 July 2015 at 5 p.m in a London hospital. The late King was air flown from Ibadan, Nigeria 5 days ago and his condition was said to be critical, near unconscious. 

He was the 50th Ooni Of Ife, and he ascended the throne in 1980. 35 years on he passes on. May His Soul Rest In Peace!!
