I still do not understand how Boko Haram are able to get their hands on sophisticated warfare like Improvised explosive device. The person that posted this picture said the guy below, Joseph, stepped on IED in Maiduguri along with a 7-year-old, Daniel, who now needs facial surgery. He said images of their accident are too gruesome, the image below is the most decent one.
