Port Harcourt Refinery Misses Government Projected June 2015 Start

The Federal Government not too long a ago announces that the Port Harcourt refinery will be up and running and producing at full capacity by the end of June 2015. Unfortunately the projected date has been missed. The rehabilitation of the refinery has not been completed yet, though works has reached advanced stage but production of any kind is yet to commence. 

The plant has been receiving crude for refinery through ship so that work can commence immediately the rehabilitation is completed. A new date for the commencement of production has not been made known.
