6 May 2015 was the Nigeria Industry night in Houston, Texas. The show has been replicated or should I say the American version of the Nigeria Industry Night. Anyway Wizkid and Emma Nyra were the performing acts.  I heard it was a bit okay. And Wizkid take off that shade, is not nice for your face shape.

I don’t Want To Be Involved With Anything That Has To Do With Ubi Franklin Ever Again – Emma Nyra

Emma Nyra in a Whatsapp Chat with Vanguard still insist she never dated Ubi but he terrorised her for years . The former Triple MG first lady spill some tea in the interview when she was ask whether she left the label because of Tiple MG boss, Ubi Franklin, dumped her for Lilian Esoro.

“ Ubi and I never dated. Rather he terrorised me for years. He abused me and other members of the label with physical and verbal force. This is why I left Triple MG the first time. He claims he spent money on me but failed to mention that he never gave me my payment for all the tours I have done alongside Iyanya. The true story lies between me and other members of Triple MG who have all chosen to be silent because of fear of one man. 

I do not support abuse of women or men. That is why I left. “I don’t want to be involved with anything that has to do with Ubi Franklin ever again” she continued. “Honestly, I don’t want to see my name associated with Ubi in any way. Let these lies die down. I am moving on with my career. Thank God”.

 Emma Nyra will be the second person to accuse Ubi of being violent. Is it safe to say in every rumour they may be an iota of truth in it?

There have been rumour of Emma Nyra and Ubi Franklin, the CEO of Triple M G dating. The two separately has given different account of what happened. Emma Nyra said she never dated Iyanya or Ubi. Ubi on the other hand just confirmed that they indeed dated, but they have since broke up and things has gone South between them. Ubi is presently engaged.

Ubi: My biggest advice would be: ‘Don’t ever have any intimate relationship with a girl you are working with.’ I was dating Emma Nyra and the relationship didn’t go as I thought it should have gone. When you’re dating somebody and you are the boss, there are things you can’t tell your wife or your girlfriend. But if you say it to an employee you are dating, they tend to misbehave. Like, if you tell the others to do something, they will obey without thinking about it. It’s not only me but it has happened to a lot of people, but that is the business lesson I’ve learnt in my life.
