The Court case filled against Rtd General Buhari, APC presidential candidate has been adjourned till April 22nd and 23rd, 2015. The fear of Buhari is the beginning of court cases. The case was filled by one Chukwudiake Okafor and Donald Daunamigba seeking the disqualification of the General in the forthcoming election slated for March 28th. Technically the case has been dismissed if it was adjourned till after the presidential election. It didn't take Justice Adeniyi Ademola of Federal High Court, Abuja to make his judgement, he stated that he will need to listen to the counsel to determine the legitimacy of the case.
