Notting Hill Carnival: Europe's Largest Annual Afro-Caribbean Event May Be Ticketed Next Year, MP Says

Lady Victoria Borwick, MP for Kensington and Chelsea, is running a consultation until Jan. 15 asking residents living near the carnival route for their views of whether attendees should be charged.  If majority of the residence says YES! We all know what that may mean. smh
