Nigeria Military holistic and aggressive offensive against Boko Haram continues. The military released a video of their latest bombardment on Sambisa forest, the fortress of the insurgents. An operation that led to the escape of score number of people including children.

The defence headquarters through their twitter page just announce that additional 234 girls were rescued from Sambisa forest, Borno, yesterday Thursday, 30 April 2015.

The identity of the girls are not yet known. We will bring you details as soon as they are available.

These are pictures of some of the 293 rescued females from Sambisa forest. They are still going through some treatments, and identification, according to Nigerian Defence spokesperson, Gen. Chris Olukolade...

The true identity of the girls are yet to be ascertained, the priority now is to get them to a more conducive environment.

The Rescued Sambisa Forest Girls Are Being Screened And Profiled. - Defence HQ

The 200 girls and 93 women that were rescued yesterday from Tokumbere camp in Sambisa forest, Borno are now being screen and profiled according to Defence Headquarters. Details of the screening outcome will be made available subsequently.
