I Resigned As PDP BoT Chair To Allow Jonathan Take Over – Tony Anenih

The Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Peoples Democratic Party, Tony Anenih, has said his resignation Wednesday, was to allow President Goodluck Jonathan take over the position.

Mr. Anenih had earlier resigned his position citing the current state of affairs in the party as his reason.

In a one-page letter President Goodluck Jonathan, the leader of the party, Mr. Anenih said his decision to quit would enable the president to effectively assume the chairmanship of the BoT.

The letter dated May 20, 2015 and titled: “Notice of my decision to step down as Chairman, Board of Trustees of the Peoples Democratic Party.

No wonder Jonathan ask him to resign! LMAO

Remember earlier today I said Goodluck Jonathan had advice PDP BOT Chairman, Anthony Anenih, to resign, no one knew the former Bendel State governor was going to succumb very quickly unlike Adamu Mu'azu the National chairman that took his time before he finally resigned today. PDP looks dilapidated right now. smh
