The couple broke up a while back after Scott allegedly cheated on Kourtney. Not only that he made some embarrassing public appearances with his ex-girlfriend. He further got himself a bachelor's pad but all that life was short life, he checked himself into rehab for alcohol related problem, making it the second time he will be in rehab this year for the same problem.

It looks like the two may have sort their differences out or they are just co-parenting peacefully as responsible parents should do.
