Questions are being ask if Jamaican authority are trying to conceal a plot to kill Imprisoned dancehall star, Vybz Kartel by another prisoner. Reports has it that a prisoner that was being transfer to a maximum security facility requested two bottle of lotion that was delivered to him, the lotion that were later found to contain poison, marijuana and knives. A correctional facility officer was suspicious of the delivery he then cut the lotion open only to discover the deadly contents. The inmate later confessed that the lotion contents were to be used to carry out Vbyz Kartel's murder, a report the Jamaican authority denied.
