INEC looks like they are prepared for the elections as it sends out election materials to various polling booth. One can't but thank Pro. Jegga for leading INEC to tilt towards the total independence of the institution. However if you pay attention to one of the materail crate, it says ballot paper. Is INEC back tracking on card reader? Why is ballot paper getting sent out, for free credible and fair election, card Reader please!!! More pictures...
