"With few hours to go to the commencement of the first round of elections for federal office seekers in Nigeria, a leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) was in the early hours of Saturday, March 28, 2015 caught with thumb-printed ballot papers en-route and unknown destination.

INEC looks like they are prepared for the elections as it sends out election materials to various polling booth. One can't but thank Pro. Jegga for leading INEC to tilt towards the total independence of the institution. However if you pay attention to one of the materail crate, it says ballot paper.
